Meetings

Each student must also attend 12 meetings, that are approximately two hours long. These meetings will include special trainings related to different  disabilities.

Students are expected to not only attend, but participate as well. Students are often required to complete readings and questions outside these meetings.

Trainings are scheduled Sunday afternoons, usually 3-5pm.  Meeting dates scheduled so far include October 5, October 12, October 26, and November 16, December 14, January 11, February 8 (Beckman Auditorium at Ames Library at Illinois Wesleyan University), March 1, April 17-19 (at Timberpointe), and May 31.  The Pancake Breakfast is in May.

Summer Trip

Our summer trip will be June 6-15.

Conduct

Conduct is an important part of the Project meetings. Three behavioral demerits will result in dismissal from the Project.

The Project Director also reserves the right to dismiss any student who engages in gross misconduct, even outside the Project activities.
